Change and return

B2B Ready To Wear reserves the right to accept requests change or made only under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order.
• Products must be Integrity, not used, not deteriorated and not dirty.
• They must be returned in their original packaging, including any internal packaging, labels, tags and accessories.
• All integral elements of the product (such as accessories or parts included) must be present and in perfect condition.

The right to change or return automatically declines in the event that only one of the above requirements is ascertained.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs relating to changes or returns, including any withdrawals or dispatches of products, are entirely to the customer.

Once the product is received, our team will carry out quality control. Make sure you comply with the following conditions:

– Original packaging intact
– Produced with original tags and labels
– Product without damage, stains or signs of use
– All accessories or items included

No refunds or changes are made on damaged goods or not in accordance with the above conditions.

If the control is positive, you will receive a voucher of the entire amount of the product, to be able to use on our site within 6 months, or we will provide the required change.
